Dr. Mary Pregler-Belmont , RN, DC, FIAMA, CCSP

Are you in pain? Do you have any injuries? Do you suffer from a chronic illness, disease, or disorder? Let me help you.

With over 30 years’ experience in healthcare I provide my patients with honest, ethical, quality care. Please allow me to do the same for you or your loved ones. I can help you deal with health issues in a natural, healthy way; without pills, surgery, or invasive procedures into your body. I can provide you with effective alternative health care through chiropractic, acupuncture, muscle therapy, physiotherapy, and nutritional consultation.

After 12 years working as a nurse I became a chiropractic physician. I knew there had to be a better way to help people achieve and maintain good health, and I found it. In addition to obtaining my chiropractic license, I furthered my education to include acupuncture, physiotherapy, and nutrition. In 1997, after a teaching position as a Clinical Physician at Palmer College of Chiropractic, I began my private practice. I am a native Dubuquer and reside here with my husband of 27 years and our two children.

Darla West, Massage Therapist

Darla's career in Massage Therapy began at Capri College in 2006 and continues there through today, first as a student and now as an instructor. Darla has always been pulled towards healthcare and helping others: her first endeavor was a dental assistant, a position which she held until her sons were born. She stayed at home full time with the 4 of them for 18 years. When she was ready to return to the working world, she completely started over and went back to school in an entirely new field. Today, she feels very well suited at Pregler Chiropractic and Acupuncture as every day brings new challenges, and she feels that she genuinely makes a difference in enhancing the quality of people's lives.
